100% Aged Rye
We make our experimental rye whiskey from 100% malted rye grain. While most rye whiskeys contain several grains, this spirit presents only the bold flavor of rye. It is double distilled in our copper pot stills and aged in new charred oak casks.
The resulting whiskey is deep and rick with rye spice, yet also smooth with pleasant nutty notes. Perfect to sip or as the base of a classic cocktail.
