Pumpkin Spice Moonshine

Pumpkin Spiced Punch( great for parties):

  • 1 part apple cider
  • 2 parts ginger ale
  • 1 part pumpkin spice moonshine

Best served in a hollowed out pumpkin.Pumpkin Pie Martini

  • 1 oz. Corsair Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz. Corsair Pumpkin Spice Moonshine
  • ½ oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • Splash butterscotch Schnapps
  • Ice.

Shake and then pour. For added “pie” effect, rim the glass with fresh lemon juice and crushed graham crackers.

Fall Manhattan

  • 2 parts Corsair Pumpkin Spice Moonshine
  • 1 part Sweet Vermouth
  • Dash of Bitters

Stir with ice then strain into cocktail glass.Gin

Perfect Martini

  • 2 oz Corsair Gin
  • 1/4 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 dash bitters & lemon twist

Shake or stir over ice and strain

Classic Gin & Tonic

  • 1 1/2 oz Corsair Gin
  • 4 oz tonic
  • wedge of lemon
  • wedge of lime

Serve over ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a thin wedge of lemon and of lime.

Red Absinthe

‘Sinthe and Sprite

  • 1 part Corsair Red Absinthe
  • 3 parts Sprite

Fill glass with ice and add absinthe. Very slowly add soda.

Love in the Afternoon

  • 1 oz Corsair Red Absinthe
  • 4 oz (good) dry or sec champagne

Shake one dash bitters onto sugar cube. Pour absinthe into flute, add cube. Slowly add bubbly.

Dreamcicle Cocktail

  • 2 oz Corsair Red Absinthe
  • 6 oz blood orange italian soda or orange cream soda
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • wedge of orange
  • cherry

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add absinthe and bitters, stir briefly until the absinthe clouds. Add orange soda, then garnish with a wedge of orange and a cherry.

Vanilla Bean Vodka

Chocolate Martini

  • 2 oz Corsair Vanilla Bean Vodka
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Irish creme liqueur

Shake or stir over ice and strain

Spiced Rum

Corsair’s Rum & Coke

  • 2 oz Corsair Spiced Rum
  • 4 oz cola
  • splash, maraschino cherry syrup
  • 1 dash bitters (orange if possible)

Serve in tumbler with lots of ice.
